Rumor alert! More Expansion notes for Hunters

Take this with a bucket of talk. It’s less over that top then the previous hunter rumor, but, it’s still very unofficial.

It looks like they are doing some weird switches on ranged power and crit %. It’s not clear what this will mean yet. The talents listed look more like a wish list than from Blizzard. Go take a look, and you decide.
